It tells me to log in with my Verizon E-mail address and I don't have a Verizon E-mail address !!
And I have paperless billing ,so I don't know what my account number is either !
How do I get into my account to change all of this?

Try whatever you used to get into this forum area...good luck!
I would recommend contacting Verizon via one of the options on their Contact Us page. They should at least be able to give you your login info.
