My telephone, computer and TV went out today. Verizon indicates they need to send someone out and it will take 2 days. Server not connecting to video player. Does verizon to out often?
My experience is that their outages are rare.
Yours sounds to be an issue just for your house.
Since 2009 I have never had an outtage other then when a lightning storm fried my ONT.
ONT's can fail lie any other electronic device so it may simply need to be replaced.
