A warning if you are thinking/planning of upgrading to Quantum. Hold off. Ever since my upgrade in January, I have had nothing but issues and problems, from billing to the wrong equipment delivered to the freezing/stuttering problem to customer service laughing at my issues. I now have to replace my VMS server and will lose over 40 hours of programming I had recorded including movies for my kids and TV shows for my wife. From bills charging me almost 2 times what it was supposed to, to receiving incomplete and incorrect equipment, to incompetent customer service I am just about fed up with this service. I just don't know what else to do or who else to vent to anymore.
