Regarding paying my bills online

I sent a check out yesterday but my verizon service went out today so I am considering paying it off online right now so I was wondering what would happen to the check I already sent out and they didn't receive yet. I maybe paranoid but it never hurts to make sure.

Use the contact us link at the bottom of this page, and contact Verizon Billing. If you sent a check, it will most likely get cashed towards your bill, unless you stop payment on it. If you don't and also pay online you will just end up paying twice for the same month, and with a wing and a prayer, you might get credited towards the following month. Also good luck getting your service back on just because you paid online. I have heard there is a reconnect fee and it might take a few days. Don't know how true that might be.

Hi I don't know how you made out but when I called to schedule a payment, they said if I was mailing a check they would note it and there would be no interruption of service. I also agree with the person that said don't pay twice!!!!! It is very hard to get credits applied where they belong at times.
