Just wondering how long it takes to set up an automatic payment with Verizon?
I have a Verizon email from 12/3/2010 stating that I was in pending status for Automatic Payment. I received a letter today from US mail stating I had a late payment.. I've just made a manual payment.
One would think that a leading technology company would be much faster on the electronic payment side of the house!
