Just wondering why I need to be enrolled in paperless billing to set up auto bill pay. Any ideas? I have auto bill pay for the water company, the gas, the electric, the auto insurance, and so on and so on. Yet none of them require paperless billing, and some don't even offer it. They should be 2 separate services.
My main objection with Verizon paperless billing is all the hoops you have to jump through to SEE YOUR BILL. I can log onto my bank and my credit card account and see my statements (far more sensitive) without having to wait for a PIN sent to my home phone every time. It seems like Verizon just wants to make it as difficult as possible to VIEW my bill - while making it supremely easy for me to PAY my bill, anytime, anywhere, no problemo. Any thoughts?
