Everytime I click ORDER NOW on Verizon.com/Opportunity it gives me this page:

I called the number and I am still on hold to talk to a rep. I still have a little left to pay off on my last bill, would that be affecting this?

Hi I have been having the same problem for 2 months now. My Internet bill went from $14.99 to $25.99. I called CS and got a plan for $21.00 (big deal). Then the supervisor told me to browse the Internet I may find a better deal and I did = $19.99 only $5.00 more. So I have been trying to order this PLAN thru this site and I repeatedly get "Please Try again Later"
Then I used "Contact Us" and got a live agent who also tried the site and told me she couldn't take my Order to KEEP TRYING... They will not accept my order via phone call. Any suggestions?
After talking to multiple people I think my problem was resolved. They said my account had restrictions on it because I had a balance to pay on my account, so I could not order anything else. I informed them that I had payed a couple days ago by phone and gave them the conformation numbers. Then the lady said she lifted the restrictions and that i should be able to order more stuff in 24 hours. I hope she did not lie...

2/1/11 - Customer Service rep said she is going to remove my accounts "restriction" and that it would take up to 24 hours.
2/2/11 - After 24 hours, I try to order a bundle online, still not working. Called back and the rep said that, indeed the restrictions were there, and that they are being lifted. She said that it can take 24 hours for them to be lifted and that I should wait till tomorrow. Grr so ANOTHER 24 hours...
2/3/11 - Another 24 has gone by...and still not working. Called up customer service and they let me order the bundle that is online, over the phone. So that is good, but I would still prefer to be able to change my services online. The bundle I wanted was $64.99 at verizon.com/opportunity. Over the phone, the final price was around $90. Now that is not $65 but as I understood it was 65$ + $6 per TV Box (3) + Tax. That is $7 Worth of taxes :'(
