First time I've tried to use this. I've typed in amount and bank details twice now - end up with a rotating circle in your window, with "we are accessing you information" or something similar. I'll send a check. I guess my idea is that it should work.
BTW I tried to report this using "Contact Us", which seems to expect you to type in the relevant Verizon email - why would I know that. This would fit in with the dire customer support I had when I set this up (with an eventual individual exception after several hours on the phone). So my other idea is that "Contact Us" should allow you to contact the company.
