Hi,
I exchanged a STB for on that was not working well. The new STB (Motorola) has unnamed DVR and unnamed DVR1. DVR has noithing in it. DVR1 has the recordings that I have saved. How do I remove unnamed DVR?

I looked into the DVR configuration in more detail.It apprears that since we have two STB's that can record we can choose which DVR to use on one which is called a Multiroom DVR.The other one, is a HD DVR, it can only record on one of the two DVR's. Any STB/TV can play fron either DVR, so, I don't want to remove it.

If I rememebr correctly, there is a DVR fix option under support menu or under DVR menu.
How long has it been since you switched the dvr. Might take a couple weeks for it to process and taken off your account.
