Enjoying free preview pop up ???

already have ultimate and subscribe to these channels and "enjoying your free preview" keeps popping up on all the channels. Pop ups are disabled and it's been happening for weeks. On all boxes.
Already ran all automated tools. Chatted twice they just reset remotely which I already do with the automated tool and then they hang up on me. Please help. I have a wired jaw and can't use telephone.
