This was a problem last week and it's the same today: I've been trying to have the Verizon iPhone shipped to a work address {edited for privacy} and the system keeps saying it's invalid. I even called and the person looked up our web site and contact address and their system wouldn't allow the address either.
What gives? Why is this address not valid? FedEx and UPS come to this address every day with packages; I've ordered from other places and they're able to ship here. By the way, I've tried every combination of that address (including using Durham as the city), and they're all invalid. Who do I contact to have this address added to Verizon's database?
