It's amazing how elusive and uncoordinated Customer Support is with Verizon. Seriously, it says hours of phone and chat are both available until 9 PM CT, however, I called and attempted to chat 15 min. prior tonight and both were "not available".
The hold times and lack of ability to solve my problems is bad enough, but "cutting out early" has thrown me over the edge.
Furthermore, you promote the email channel after hours and then I get the following....aaarrgghhh!! "Email is not available for Internet Technical Support. Please use Live Chat instead." REALLY? That's what you're going with? Unbelivable. Guess what, CHAT IS NOT available.
I currently have FIOS TV, Internet and a phone line. I think I need to go back to just the internet...only thing Verizon does well. The FIOS TV is so barbaric in terms of functionality, and no one can answer my questions...even when they answer the phone, occasionally.
