The ONLY reason I continue to pay for TV service is because I am a sports fan who enjoys watching games live. My favorite team is the NY Yankees, and the YES network has been on a one hour delay all weekend. I spent well over an hour yesterday learning that not one human being that can help is employed over the weekend. You do have people if I want to add services and spend more money...but not one bit of technical support. I will most likely be cancelling my account this week, as this makes your service completely useless to me at this point. Huge fail Verizon.
