Change of address with FIOS

For the past year I have the FIOS Ultimate for TV & Internet and have no problems

I live in a suburb of Pittsburgh which is wired for FIOS but might be moving into the city limits which is not wired because the politicos signed a contract with COMCAST. In the city VZ phone & DSL is available but no TV.

I have 1 year remaining on my contract so how does VZ billing handle a situation like this.
