How do I block 3rd party payments from being charged to my account? Recently I was charged with 2 unauthorized bills that they claim I signed up for on the internet (I didn't).
Contact Verizon billing and have them place the block on your account. Also request that they remove the charges. This is called cramming and is unlawful.
