BUNDLE PRICE

Did anyone in the NY area sign up with Verizon during Nov. or Dec. 2010 when they were offering 69.99 a month for 24 months? I know I signed up then, and I know I am not crazy & the price was 69.99. My reason for wanting this info is that I am being charged 89.99 & was told by customer service that they NEVER offered a 69.99 bundle. SO PLEASE, if anyone knows what I am refering to please respond. Especially, if you have any written proof I can shove under their noses.

I assume you are talking about TV, Internet and Phone?

This is going to be a hard one to prove because the bundled packages change all the time. Right now in the NY area they are offering $69.99 for a double play. Maybe you were mistaken for this package?

I wish I could be of more assistance but I am glad at least I am not crazy and not the only one that they are quoting different prices too. I was quoted one price to sign up for a 2 year contract and now being billed something completely different. I have had the worst customer service experience in my whole life. I am confused as to how it is okay for them to change the price but not okay when I then say I no longer want your services they can try to hit me with an early termination fee. I no longer want to give this company another dime and hope that you get your issue resolved as well. Executives have been rude to me as well, so next stop is president of the company and a civil suit if it comes down to it for me.
