I am being billed for an incorrect number. Please fix this.
For months now I have been billed for an incorrect number. All efforts to correct the situation have failed. I am being threatened with disconnection and I am afraid they will disconnect my correct number. It is impossible to check balance among other problems.
Please note these are peer-to-peer forums. May I suggest you call Verizon Support at 888-553-1555 and discuss your problem.
Also, if you have FIOS TV and Internet you will see a dummy number listed on your FIOS Bill. If you have Verizon Phone service and the number listed is incorrect. please call 888-553-1555.

you have to let them put in a disconnect order for the bad number. otherwise it will still be active and you will still have to pay for it. if they disconnect the right number, then they can fix that with whatever method they have, but you don't want to have a number appear on your account that you don't use, and don't want to pay for.
