I just got FiOS installed yesterday. I have not been able to pause or rewind (or any DVR type action) live TV. I have DVR in my plan for the only TV there is a box for. Am I doing something wrong? I've tried pressing the pause/rewind buttons on the remote but they don't do anything. Help!
