Can't Get Beyond the "Flex View" page!!

I've been trying to get to the Mobile DVR, or Channel Listings - or - ANYTHING! Once I'm signed in, I try going to this address:

http://www36.verizon.com/fiostv/web/members/logincheck.aspx?target=/fiostv/web/members/MobileAccess.aspx

And instead I am redirected here:

https://www36.verizon.com/fiostv/web/members/OnDemandHome.aspx

NO MATTER WHERE I TRY TO GO I GET DIRECTED TO THAT SAME SITE LIKE FREAKIN' GROUNDHOG DAY, OVER AND OVER!!!

Nobody at Customer Service seems to have a clue what I'm talking about. I've deleted my caches, deleted history, cookies, used THREE differnt browsers from both work AND home, and it's ALWAYS the same - all I get is

try chat support, they seem pretty good at working the website problems. click on Contact Us

Also, I know it's important that you are signing into there with your same username and pw that you check your bill with. so make sure you can view your bill at www.myverizon.com

if you can see your bill there, then you are probably using the right password. if you get logged in but can not see your bill, then you are probably signed in with your verizon.net email address.
