Please can someone help me to find a way to get in touch with a real service representative. I am at my wit's end with this company. Have been dealing with same issue for over a year now and everytime I call to resolve it I am on the phone for at least 45 minutes getting the run around from operator to operator. I have been lied too, hung up on and told what I wanted to hear to make me get off of the phone. This morning I contacted the VA state commissioner and called the President of Verizon and left a message. Can anyone else offer me any other names of people that will do something about their customer service.

I am having some of the exact same problems. I can get ahold of represenatives but 99% of the time they have been rude and quite honestly disrespectful. I have considered contacting or attempting to contact the President of the company but not even sure if that would help at this point. I had no problems with Verizon for 2 years, until resigning with the company for another 2 years and now they are quoting me a different price than originally stated. Any advice or information you have would be greatly appreciated as well. Talking to a custome service represenative is getting me absolutely no where. I filed a complaint with the BBB and only then did someone call me back with still no resolution. The company seems to require me to hold up my end of the contract but are not required to hold up their end of the contract. I am disgusted with big corporations at this point.

Can you please tell me whether your issue is with billing or technical support or something else?

There are plenty of Verizon Exec's numbers on the internet, Google can find them for you. What might serve you better though (depending on your actual issue) is to post your problem here and see if any of us users can help.
