itemized phone bill with phone calls made?

Hi

Does anyone know where I can find an itemized phone bill outlining the calls made, to which number, length of call and the cost if any? (like we use to get in the mail in the past!) I have searched my account online to no avail. I have had this service almost a year and have yet to find or see an itemized bill. Thanks in advance.

they only offer the outgoing call information on Fios Digital Voice Subscribers. There are different flavors of fios telephone service, so it has to be explicitely called "fios digital voice" on your bill.

if you have that, then log in at www.verizon.com/fiosvoice and you can see in and outgoing calls etc.

If you don't have that, then you have to call Verizon and request an itemized bill.

OR Use the Contact Us to initiate a chat and just simply request an itemized copy of the bill.
