Verizon WiFI, I need some help

I have been trying to register for the free verizon Wifi hotspots program for the last 2 months. However when I try to do that the web page says I need to upgrade to a higher internet speed. My package includes the high speed required for the WiFi.

Over the past 2 months I have talked to customer service, billing, tech support, wifi tech support and IT but have not been able to resolve the problem. Everyone confirms I am eligible but can't seem to get the system to let me register. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Verizon and everyone says its the other department that can resolve the issue. So someone from Verizon PLEASE HELP.

There's a system somewhere still reflecting old package info, most likely. Contact tech support and have them send a ticket to the "OSC" to have your account reviewed. As long as Billing isn't the issue, they should be able to get you fixed right up.
