Pay Bill Application NOT Workign for 96 hours?

I have tried signing in an d paying my bill for the last 4 days. Each time I click the "pay now" option I receive an error that the application is not working. If I want to make a 1 time payment using only my phone # I'm goign to get billed and extra $4 but it tells me I can sign and pay without that extra charge. Well Verizon's new payment system is terrible, but what's worse is that they don't fix their own mistakes. FIX IT! I'm beginning to see why others ave left for other cable services.

go to that page again where you get the error, and scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you'll see a "site feedback" button. Give them the username that you are using to log in, your name and address and phone number to pull your account, and a description of the problem. users around here have reported that those types of communications actually do get monitored and issues with the website do get corrected in that fashion.

No site feedback button at the bottom of the page. There is a Suggestion link and I've already filled that out each day the site does not work. Calling verizon is aggravating too because each person you talk to has no knowledge so they bounce the issue to someone else or another department.
