I notice when I use live chat, you can rate the represenatitive. But I haven't noticed any way to rate a technician who did our initial installation or the other tech who came in and helped us afterward. I would love to rate them. The second tech was fantastic and so helpful and nice. I think verizon should care about the people that they have going out and spending with their new or current customers in their houses, and there should be a clear way to report back to verizon on the behavior and how a technician represents the company. The first man was so awful, I wanted to change from verizon and run screaming fast back to comcast. The second man was kind, helpful, and changed my outlook entirely. That is the kind of person who should be dealing with people, and if there is basically no boss who hears about how someone does in the field, or if the person doesn't care, and he's scaring off new, current, and potential customers, verizon should want to know - that's good customer service to ensure a new customer is happy with their new service and the technician who enters their home and stays for hours. He did so many things wrong, was so rude to me and my family, and gave me incorrect information about so many things! Please give us a chance to rate the techs! the 2nd man was wonderful! He should have the chance to be rated as well! If there is, and we don't know about it, or if the 1st guy was supposed to give us a survey (maybe?), I would very much like to know, and if not, I would love to be able to talk to someone about the 1st man's behavior. He shouldn't be entering anyone's homes with his demeanor, attitude, and doing half his job at best, while representing verizon???
