does anyone know if I can obtain a transcript of online conversation with verizon agent if I have the chat # ?
I don't know for suire, but I believe I know the correct answer.
After you end the chat conversation online, you are provided with the chat transcript.
Otherwise...
#1 When you are talking to them online you can:
a) Highlight all of the text
b) Press the CTRL key and the C key at the same time.
c) Go into a text editor. For example Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Note Pad.
d) Press the CTRL key and the V key at the same time.
#2 It is impossible.
