Need outgoing call log. Not Fios.

I am trying to dispute an almost $600 hotel bill and need proof that I cancelled the room. I need to get a record of outgoing calls made from my home phone but when my husband called to get it he was told that he would need a legal sepenoa(sp?). This doesn't make an ounce of sense to me. It's my own phone! Customer Service has ignored my e-mail and the women who talked to my husband was extreamly rude and wouldn't listen to why we needed it. She even had the nerve to try to sell him VIOS! We are a hair away from cancelling Verizon all together.
Any suggestions?

I think fios digital voice is the only thing they have that can give you outgoing call logs, but with mine, it's a rolling 100. So the call log shows only the last 100 calls, with no real way to go back further than that. 100 calls for me is a week or two maybe?
