Hi,
I've been having trouble removing premium channels such as Showtime/Starz on My Verizon. I've been redirected to a "Contact Your Verizon Local Business Office" page every time I attempt to access the Add/Change Channels page. I also can't use my main My Verizon account to access the Verizon Community forums, so I have to use this alt. This is absolutely frustrating that Verizon borks basic account management options.
