Can not access verizon wireless acct. from my verizon.

It used to be so simple to access my wireless acct from my verizon website. After linking accounts I was always able to click on my wireless plan and it would redirect me to my wireless account but now it just doesnt work anymore. the page will start to load and it just freezes i can click the back button and it will take me back to my verizon. Very Frustrating!!! any suggestions or is this happening to anyone else?

I can't logon with my desktop PC but my laptop works great. I tried to get online, but InHomeInstaller keeps giving me an error message......?!?!

My PC hard drive gave up and died, so I replace my Seagate7200.11 with a Seagate7200.12 and did an installattion of Windows7 and tried to get online. The PC just giving me the same old error message, but the laptop performs perfectly.

Can you tell me what is behind this? And how to FIX it?? If so I'll tell you where I put the bomb.......!! (:>

Exact same problem. Back in January, Verizon linked all my accounts using one userid. Now, I basically cannot access my Verizon Wireless account in a way which will allow me to do anything, such as look at alternate plans. When will Verizon fix this??
