Does anyone know why 2 subaccounts appear on my profile. I know nothing about these and everyone I talk to at verizon can't help me.
Where are they appearing? Just want to verify that they are actual sub accounts and not something else. If you didn't create them and don't want them, you should have the option to delete them. I would definitely reset your password though, since it may mean someone besides yourself has accessed your account.
