Starting about six or eight months ago, I became unable to log in to Verizon's web site; and Verizon's is the ONLY web site I have difficulty logging in to. Everybody else's sites I have no trouble with.
When I go through the normal log-in process -- the secret question and the password -- and then hit <Enter>, the screen goes back to the very first screen where it asks for your user name.
I have spent hours on the phone with Verizon reps over a period of months, to no avail. Their reps keep trying to blame the problem on my browser (IE 11); but I know without a doubt that there is some setting in Windows 10 that they require. They don't know (or won't tell me) what that setting is.
I am going back and changing my privacy and security settings, etc., but there are so many that I'm not sure I'm getting them all changed.
Does anyone know what settings in Windows 10 are critical to logging in to Verizon's web site? I would be grateful to you. (Not so grateful to Verizon.)
Thank you!
