Things that I had not signed up for have been added to my bill and then charged early termination fee for canceling that.. I have been trying to correct that for the ;last 2 months.
oh sometime when you sign up with verizon, the rep dont tell you what they added like extra stuff in it until finally first bill came, completely with ton of additional stuff you didnt know about, and get charge for it.if your under contract i advise not cancel it but speak to a rep telling them that you have not order these additional stuff, and demand it to take it off your bills or give you credit for next bills.i have this problems happen to me when i first use verizon fios, just tell them nicely and they do it for you.
