My 1 year promotion for triple play bundle is over. I have been trying to remove the phone and movie channels but there is no option to do so online. Live chat said this must be done by phone. I called 18008374966 and after going through all the prompts & sitting on hold, a recording said no one is available to take my call.
The end result is, Verizon is forcing me to pay for service I no longer require. I am not under contract and am very upset at being held hostage by VZ.
Any advice on how to downgrade my services?
