After several weeks of getting verizon to finally terminate my service and several more weeks of having my billing corrected I have no spent another several weeks trying to have them clear up an issue with my last bill.
I am being charged over $1700 for equiptment that was returned. I have the USPS confirmation number that the items were picked up. I was even told the first time I called that the items were recieved. Now it appears that no one knows what is going on and I am still being charged over $1700. Each time I call I spent upwards of an hour on the phone with these people with no solution. Any suggestions on how i can get this taken care of would be great.
I almost considered coming back to Verizon and even switching my cell phone to Verizon but after dealing with their horrible customer service I am glad that I did not make that switch.
