I Cannot get a straight answer anywhere. I would like assistance from people who may know.
I will be moving shortly and i currently have Fios TV and Internet.
I will be moving into an apartment that is FIOS READY and is available for FIOS.
My question is if there will be a Installation fee associated with this move as i will be changing addresses.
First call i made last week they did not mention a fee. They created my order and put in my new address and everything and we were just waiting for a installation date.
I Called in today and got a new agent who said there is a 80$ installation fee before she could even START the move order... But yet my order was made last week with another agent who said NOTHING of an installation fee and i receive confirmation email too.
I DO NOT want to pay a 80$ installation fee when the order was made fine previously, i just needed a installation date set up.
Is there a fee associated with this? There wasn't a fee associated when i had everything freshly installed.
