Cancelled my fios and cell phones today

I am so glad to be done with these **bleep**. One month of lies was enough, the supervisor I talked to **bleep** me off so bad that I cancelled my home service and cell phone service the same day, I have never cancelled a service after 30 days this was a first. I hope whoever I talked to gets hit by a car he was so rude and really really **bleep** me off. I wish these **bleep** were sitting in front of you face to face because I guarantee they wouldn't run there {please keep your posts courteous} mouths as much. Anyhow I am off to COX they are coming tomorrow and switched my cell phones to T-mobile already. Man it feels good to be free of lieing **bleep**, I hope these morons never stop there strike and there service fails bad. I also reported them to consumer affairs and the better business bureau

By the way T-mobile is running a unlimted cell phone plan for $49.99 so switch if you can. Its unlimited data, text, and talk so its alot cheaper then Verizon the rip off company and they are much more friendly to deal with they dont lie to you on the phone. I also signed up for COX they are coming out today and the guy I dealt with on the phone Danny was very friendly and local instead of the liars at Verizon I got stuck talking to in Georgia or North Carolina.

How did you manage to get somebody! I keep getting the runaround to billing who apparently dont answer phones now that Employees are striking.

With somegirl here ... wishing ill on anyone personally regardless of how disgruntled you are with their customer service or that of their employer is hardly justifiable under any circumstances. I do wish that sometimes customer service calls were recorded and could be played back for all to hear -- it would be quite enlightening I suspect.
