No phone service

We have had no telephone service for over a week. {edited for privacy} is out of order. Please review the number of service calls we have experienced. {edited for privacy} is also out which is our fax line. I am seriously considering changing providers. Have you tried calling your local Verizon store (via cell)? They've been very helpful to me.
