I am on attempt #5 this week trying to reach tech support for having no dial tone on my home phone. I have called twice today and have been on hold almost 40 minutes both times before hanging up. Not only is my landline not working for a week now, but my bill for one month (with the "$20 customer loyalty discount" deducted) was $195!! $30/mo for phone, $70/mo for HD, $35/mo for internet, plus seperate premium channels, DVR box, tex fees!! Are you kidding me?! But to get people to SIGN UP they charge a great price for the first year. So to get my bill some place reasonable I have to do away with the HD or premium channels all together. I've had it. $200 a month for internet, cable, and home phone is beyond rediculous!!!
