Had FIOS triple plan up until Friday, came home from work paid my bill only to find I no longer had services other then a phone that I don't use other then for the package price of having all 3 services. Was told sorry your service should be restore in 2 to 4 hours and now here it is Monday and bout 20 phones calls later I still have no service. But they send me boxes after I receive and email telling that I requested to return my FOIS equipment and they would be sending the boxes to return the equipment in 30 days or be charged for it. No one can answer your and if they do they can't do anything and they transfer to someone else that can't help you and then they transfer for you to another line that tells you their on strike or now they are closed after you were trying for the last 3 hours to get a whole of someone that can assisted you. But I clearly am still being charge for services I no longer have according to my bill. Then phone service tell you go online and when you go to live chat they tell you need to talk with someone that is either can't answer your call do to a strike or the office is now closed call back tomorrow.
