I ordered fios TV, internet and phone back on the 20th of July. I was told the install would happen August 9th. It never happened, due to the "work stoppage". Now, whenever i can finally get in touch with someone at verizon, they tell me that i should be receiving a call shortly with the new install date. That call never comes. I live in Virginia, and i was told that installers from California were coming out to do installations in my area, and that i should receive a call in a day or two. That was over a week ago!!! Does anyone know what is going on with the installations, particularly in Virginia?
