Trying to call customer service for several days, I am told due to the strike CS is not available??? I need to dispute my bill! Thanks!
Customer service is available, but very very slow to reach. In some areas you can use a different number for direct access to billing. Sending out someone for tech suport is what is almost impossible at the moment in the strike areas.
