Today I called to have my service disconnected tomorrow because I am moving and and ended up shutting it off today! The first time I was hung up on and the second time they told me that there is nothing they can do to fix it because they don't have enough people. Really, so if I did not have enough money one month and said sorry would that be okay as well? After being a customer for over 6 years and this is the service and thanks I get. Does any know who I could contact to report Verizon?
