I am on indefinite hold, apparently, for the start of my wireliess internet and phone service. Since I need this service and cannot wait indefinitely, I would like to know when it will be started.
If, however, you are unable to tell me when my service will begin, can you tell me how I might cancel my order and return your wireless box?
I know the strike is ongoing, but it was a corporate decision to take the path taken. Customers shouldn't be penalized for those decisions made by Verizon for Verizon.
