I just upgraded to the ultimate package and suddenly I do not have channel icons on my guide... anyone know how I can fix this. Thanks
Try pulling the power cord for 10 seconds. Plug the cord back in and wait about 5 minutes for the STB to reboot. When the STB has rebooted try the guide and see if the icons are now there.
