Since a few days before the strike our Verizon Internet connection has been so slow that the security updates won't download, email won't load and forget about doing any business online. I have been unable to contact a living person at Verizon. If this is a conspiracy to get me to switch to Comcast or anyone else, It is working! I have seldom been so angry or so disgusted with a service provider. This totally sucks. We are NOT going to pay our bill for Internet access we never got. Perhaps that will get their attention. Anybody know what's going on? We live in the Capital Hill area, Wash DC.
