about a year ago i wanted to sign up for the V lifetime internet plan, and a rep talked me into phone and net. INCREDIBLY, over a year later i get a letter saying an error was made and i "dont qualify" for the plan i had, and "you dont have to pay retroactive charges but we are adding 20 dollars a month on to your bill'. **bleep**????????????? I LIVE next door to verizon switching systems, and yet i HATE this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i dont know what to do...any ideas?
