I just want to know if anyone else is having a problem with Verizon's make it short I was promised by April#1-877-617-That's I would have the promotion fios with free multi dvr,extreme hd fios TV HDTV with free HBO and premium channels and sports for one year and internet and phone the price was $120.00 dollars but with all the discounts it will be $83.95. I said ill talk it over with my son and get back to her. Well I did we maid a date for installation when I called back to ask a question three times and left a message Never got a call back Finally I called and talked to John Hay and he told me April cancelled it. When I told him what was going on he reordered it for the same thing (that's what I was told )they installed it on 07/28/2011 I was told my first bill was going to be around $160.00 dollars because it will be a month and a half
I was shocked to see my bill for $329.83. I had a credit of $50.00 dollars so it brought it down to $277.91 still shocked and to top it off they charged me$3.08 to carry the credit over to this bill.
I called as soon as I got this bill . To find out what happened and she said the only thing she can do is take the entertainment pkg off . I said no I expect you to honor this package I got for one year of course she can't do that. So I asked her for a name and number to someone who can she said no one can to go on the internet and make a complaint.. So if I don't get any satisfaction out of this ill go back to comcast and get the deal there at least they honor it.
I got 3 more persons to order fios and never got the money for that But I do understand it was a strike and they was not installed yet.
If anyone has a phone number to call so I can get this resolved Please let me know.
The funny part of all this all they have to do is listen to the tapes I am sure they have them . And we have Verizon wireless to so they will lose out on us
