After seeing all those horrible reviews, I'm compelled to write that I have received nothing but the finest service from Verizon. Yes, the hold was a few minutes, but the people were courteous, competent, and thorough. I spent over an hour getting some really complex account changes done, with two different handoffs, and everything went totally 100% smoothly. So, for the record -- at least ONE satisfied customer.
