Just want to share with everybody about Verizon's promise. They dealt with us the plan 116 dollars/month for everything, then they charged you higher. We fell that we're cheated by a big company like Verizon. We've call them to ask about it but nothing changed. Now, we are planning back to Comcast. They have a promotion for new customer (enough money to pay for penalty to quit Verizon). Besides, we also think about quit the Verizon wireless. Is there anybody has same problem like use.
