There is about a thousand customer service options and none of them are available....wow! This is incredible!!! I am currently on hold at one of your customer service numbers (one hour and fifteen minutes and counting). Also, I went on line and the live chat is not available. Then, I tried your online self service tool and a green bar runs across the bottom of the page for about 2 minutes and then disappears...again, wow! I plan to share my experience on the web and hopefully, a great Cablevision commercial results from this horrible experience!
