Should I have received a confirmation phone or email that my upgrade to FIOS TV has been scheduled? I have not heard word one from any customer service agent since. Except during the strike when I was called and told I would get STBs to install myself. After the strike I was told there was no such option. So I scheduled online for installation on 9/9 since it was the only time I can get off work to wait all day for the boxes to be plugged in. I would like to update my order but everytime I call I get put in que for 30 minutes at which time it hangs up.
I would really like to get your service but if it going to be so hard to actually contact someone I may rethink my phone, internet, and TV. Can someone please tell me how to get a response from Verizon...
